Ditched it for 2007. Leads to the question…how is professionalism judged? What determines other’s views of your competence, abilities, work ethic? How much of a role does your outward appearance play in this?

So this is the first post…yay!� Well I finally decided to download and install WordPress.� I have been planning for over a year to code up my own blog software with a twist…a blog where people can draw in posts/comments.
